• Late Cancellation (standard bookings): If you cancel your booking within 4 weeks of your stay, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
• Non-Refundable Bookings: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours after your booking has been confirmed. No refunds will be given for cancellations after this time period.
• No Shows: If you fail to show up for your booking, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
